For Creditors

We offer comprehensive legal assistance in the process of recovering debts from debtors. Our actions begin with a thorough analysis of the validity of claims, both substantively and formally, including the verification of limitation periods. In the pre-litigation stage, we conduct negotiations and prepare payment demands aimed at resolving the dispute amicably. If necessary, we also prepare settlement agreements.
In the event of a lack of agreement, we draft payment claims or applications for a settlement attempt. Our team represents clients at every stage of court proceedings—both in the first and second instances, and, when justified, in proceedings before the Supreme Court.
After obtaining a favorable judgment, we represent clients in enforcement proceedings before court bailiffs and other enforcement authorities. If necessary, we prepare and file complaints against bailiff actions.

For Debtors

We also provide legal assistance to debtors who are defendants in such cases. Our approach is based on a thorough understanding of each situation and tailoring a strategy to the individual needs of the client, with the aim of achieving the most favorable resolution possible.

Arbitration and Amicable Courts

We represent our clients before arbitration and amicable courts, including the Consumer Arbitration Court at the Trade Inspection, the arbitration court at the General Counsel to the Treasury, corporate arbitration courts, and arbitration courts at chambers of commerce.
